TEAM CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATINGReview the estimate with the people doing the work.
Keep estimating tasks, drawing discussions, and revision reviews with your project. Rivet Team and Enterprise bring this workflow to Rivet 1.9.5 on web, Windows and Android.
Assign scope before pricing
Give a teammate a specific estimating task, such as checking demolition quantities or reviewing a floor-finish allowance. Discuss the scope in the project and mention the person who needs to respond.
My Work collects assigned tasks and reviews from projects synchronized to the current device. Sync the project before relying on its tasks in a handoff.
Review a specific estimate revision
Request a review of the revision you intend to issue. Compare published revisions and check quantity and cost changes, so the discussion refers to the estimate under review.
A review does not replace checking plan scale, specifications, supplier pricing, exclusions, and site conditions. Use the estimate review checklist before preparing the customer proposal.
Find updates without constant sync alerts
The in-app inbox brings invitations and project updates together. Filter unread notices and choose notification preferences. Ordinary automatic sync stays quiet.
Profile names and photos help identify contributors. Solo and Trial provide profile setup; project collaboration requires Team or Enterprise. The in-app inbox is separate from Android system notification permissions.
Keep the drawing and estimate connected
Use calibrated plan measurements for quantities, organize related measurements into named takeoffs, and carry them into material and labour pricing. Trade symbols make count takeoffs easier to read, including in marked plan PDFs exported from the workspace.
Before replacing work, save a portable backup. Settings also provides retained pre-restore recovery copies. Learn the PDF takeoff workflow and backup steps.

Browser notification preferences are available on web; native Android and Windows system-push updates are not in the current Store releases.
